Shipping and Delivery
We ship internationally. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website but from time to time there may be stock discrepancy and we might not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance we will fulfill the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to awaiting stock or prefer us to make a refund or an exchange in your order.
Normal order processing can take 1 to 4 business days ( monday - Friday). Orders are therefore dispatched within 4 business days of order payment. For change of delivery address we are able to change it before dispatch time. Our warehouse operates only on business days during standard business hours except on holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. If you choose to cancel your order after we have processed it a cancelation fee of 30$ per item ordered is paid.
Generally orders shipped are in transit for 20 to 30 days for normalshipping. We ship mostly in postal services. Express shipping is 5 to 10 days by UPS. Upon dispatch customers will be receiving a tracking number in the email which they will be able to follow the process of their shipment based on the latest updates available by the shipping provider.
We are solely not responsible for any taxes incurred on the shipments in your country of receiver and we are not responsible for any package delivered to your address signed by another person upon delivery. We normally provide tracking numbers via email for you to make sure you track them and see the delivery dates for your package. You are entirely responsible for the package delivered to your address with no third parties.
